I Really Want My Hair Color Like This
(Source: paramorerita)
It is very rare that I meet someone who plays music and they don’t tell me about it. I know that maybe sounds weird but when you’re a musician, it tends to be the thing you do that you are most proud of, and it sort of consumes you. So a few weeks ago when I met Luciano (or Luke), I just thought he was a really nice kid who liked With The Punches. He never mentioned playing music, I’ve talked to him a couple times online since then and no mention of playing music whatsoever.
So imagine my surprise today when I saw him post something about a song he’d just released, I figured I would check it out, cause it’s whatever, I have some free time, and he never mentioned it so if I’m not particularly into it, I won’t have to do the awkward thing where I tell someone that their music doesn’t do anything for me.
And I clicked play
And it was beautiful
I’m not going to pretend that I don’t frequently get overly emotional about music, I do, I’m proud of it, but the song that played is one of the best I have heard in a very long time, and it is by someone I know and like, who never tried to promote himself to me, who doesn’t seem to expect anything of anyone, he makes music, and that’s enough. This is the kind of music, person, artist, that I want to support.
I hope you click play
I hope that you see in this the same things that I do
Sincerely,
DustinWTP
Im So Honored To See That With The Punches Showed Such Interest In My Brothers Music, I Know That It Means So Much To Him. He Has Been Through Alot, We Both Have And His Music Has Not Only Helped Him But All Of Us Stay Positive. He Also Has Touched The Family Of A Close Friend That He Lost This Year, Claudio Would be So Proud Of Him As Well. I Cant Thank Anyone Who Has Supported Him And His Music Enough, Im A Very Proud Sister And I Love Him To Death.
